Hacienda Zotoluca is the oldest pulque hacienda in the Llanos de Apan, in the state of Hidalgo. After the Revolution the property fell into ruin and stood on the edge of disappearing. In 2015 it was rescued and a full restoration began, giving new life to its architecture, its history and its calling for hospitality.
Today it is one of Mexico's most exclusive historic venues for private events, a boutique hotel of exceptional character and the starting point for extraordinary experiences in the Mexican countryside.

Twenty-five rooms restored within the house, for a small number of guests at a time. Each one keeps the memory of the hacienda — walls, vaulted ceilings, and country light — with meals included and the close attention of a Mexican manor house.

Executive hospitality in the countryside
It is an executive country hotel. Born as a satellite hotel of Hacienda Zotoluca, it was created, designed and operated by the same group. It is a space of modern hospitality that serves the region's accommodation needs and extends lodging capacity for large-format events. It is located outside the Hacienda.

The queen of the pulque haciendas
It was one of the most important pulque haciendas in the region and belonged to the man known as the King of Pulque. After the Revolution it fell into ruin. In 2025 it was acquired by Hacienda Zotoluca and became the group's second major restoration project. Its new chapter positions it as a sister hacienda, boutique hotel and venue for luxury private events.
